Parker Addison Dalrymple passed away on Tuesday, May 19th, 2020, surrounded by family in the OU Children’s Medical Hospital after battling a severe asthma attack.

Parker was born on July 16th, 2012, at Bass Baptist Hospital in Enid, Oklahoma. In 2019, she moved to Lahoma, Oklahoma where she just completed first grade at Cimarron Elementary School. She blessed the world for 2,864 days, where she lived her life to the fullest by running around outside and dancing and singing to her favorite musical artist, Queen. Free-time was spent doing arts and crafts, riding her bike, and playing Preschool as her favorite teacher, Ms. Nicole. She adored spending time with her best friends Xander, Lizzie, Serenity, and Ellie. She loved the apps Tik Tok and Instagram, Chinese and Mexican food, the colors pink and teal, and the clearance section of Walmart.

Parker especially enjoyed traveling to Abilene, Texas to visit her Aunt Lori and Cousin Kristen. Involved in Girl Scouts with Troop 727 in Enid for three years, she enjoyed selling cookies and developing friendships with the girls in her troop. Parker was also involved in numerous Bible schools at her home church of North Garland Church of Christ. She loved learning about Jesus, singing her favorite worship songs, and spending time with a lot of close friends through their activities. Parker was baptized on Monday, May 18th, 2020, in the hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Parker is preceded in death by her father Robin Karpe; grandpa Gary Karpe; her maternal grandparents Daniel and Shelva Dalrymple; uncle Larry Dalrymple; and cousin Bryce Crow. Parker is survived by her mother Shannon Dalrymple; grandmother Alice Karpe; several aunts and uncles, including her Aunt Lori and husband Terry, Aunt Lisa and husband Ron, Uncle Danny and Aunt Sherry, Uncle Bart and Aunt Patricia, Uncle Alan and Aunt Sherry, and Uncle Kevin Karpe; along with many cousins, second cousins, and her beloved cat, Samantha. She will always be remembered by her friends and those who had the honor of knowing her.

Parker will be forever loved and missed by the friends and family who cared for her. Parker’s funeral service will be on Saturday, May 23rd, 2020, at 1PM at the North Garland Church of Christ in Enid, Oklahoma, under the direction of the Ingram, Smith, and Turner Mortuary in Yukon, Oklahoma. She will be laid to rest at the Enid Memorial Park Cemetery.
