Walmart will host an hour-long senior shopping event for their shoppers aged 60 and older on Tuesday from 6-7am. The event will take place weekly through April 28. This will start one hour before the store opens. The Walmart vision center and pharmacy will also be open during this time. To help them serve as many customers as possible during that hour and to minimize wait time, they ask you to call in any prescription refills at least 24 hours in advance. CVS Pharmacy is offering dedicated hours for vulnerable/at-risk customers and their caregivers for an hour on Wednesdays. The special times will be 9-10am. In locations with a drive thru, all patients are welcome to utilize the drive thru during those times. These stores must think all senior citizens don’t sleep much at night & get up very early! My husband & i, sister, my husbands brother don’t go to bed early & also don’t get up early! I worked nites for many yrs & slept days! My brother in law did the same! I would like to see some later stores hours for shopping!
