Founder and President, Joe Armstrong Sr. was an Oklahoma native, born and raised in Tulsa. Joe attended Tulsa Central High School and continued his education at the University of Tulsa prior to joining the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. In 1969 Joe started the Armstrong Agency with offices in Oklahoma City and Enid. He passed away in 2019 while running the business with his son and grandson.

Joe Armstrong II joined Armstrong Agency in 1992 after completing his studies at Oklahoma State University. He has spent over two decades working closely with clients and their families, to secure a sustainable future. Joe now serves as the Company President and has played a major role in the growth of the Equity Financial, especially when it comes to the investment division. As a proud husband and father of four, Joe knows the importance of providing clients with the comfort of a family oriented atmosphere.

As the newest member to Equity Financial Group, grandson Joey Armstrong III serves as a representative of Redhawk Wealth Advisors. Joey specializes in the development of comprehensive financial plans working closely with clients. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University with a concentration in Marketing and Finance.
