A celebration of life for Deborah Mitchell, 69, of Enid, will be at 2:00p.m., Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Ladusau-Evans Chapel. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Debbie Lynn Mitchell was born May 16, 1950 to James and Gladys Streck in Enid, OK and passed away October 19, 2019 in Enid. She graduated from Enid High School in 1969. Following her graduation, she got married to Tom Silver and started her family. Debbie worked as a care giver at various nursing homes. She retired from NORCE and continued to serve others working at both hospitals in Enid. She cared for her sister, Sherry all throughout her life.

On February 16, 2012 she married Rick Mitchell and the two of them enjoyed spending time together, going to concerts, eating out, and going to see the grandkids.

Debbie loved spending time with her family and was a devoted wife, mom, and Mema to her grandchildren. She cared for everyone that she met and her heart was full of joy. She loved to go camping, fishing, and being outdoors. She was a collector of many things. Debbie loved the holidays and always went all out to celebrate them.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Rick Mitchell; her three sons, TJ Silver and wife Misty, Jay Silver and wife Pattie, and Mike Silver and wife Candis; six grandchildren, Corey, Dalton, Natalie, Chaney, Chance, and Micheal Thomas; two great-grandchildren, Austin and Skylar; her sister, Sherry Streck; and her brother, Danny Streck.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Gladys Streck; and her two brothers, James Streck and Mick Streck.
Memorials can be made to Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
