The services celebrating and honoring the life of Domingo Martinez Gonzales Sr., 88, of Enid will be held privately at a later date. Complete cremation care is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

He was born May 20, 1931 in Odem, Texas to Cruz Gonzales Sr. and Delfina Gonzales Martinez and passed from this life on July 25, 2019 surrounded by his family.

He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed playing music in bands. He loved deer season. Most of all he loved family time and playing with his kids and grandchildren.

He is survived by his thirty-six children, one hundred plus grandchildren, one hundred plus great grandchildren, sisters, Ramona Herrera, of Enid, Oklahoma, and Rita Reyes, of El Campo, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Cruz Gonzales Jr., Julio Gonzales, and Pete Gonzales, and sisters, Consuelo Canales, Mary Briones, Oralia Lee, and Theadoro Gonzales.
