Belinda was born and raised in Enid and went quietly with the Angels on July 19, 2019, surrounded by family.

She is survived by a sister; Christel Hansen, a brother; Wayne Buller, her 4 children; Billy and Bryant Kammerzell, Damien Shiel, Summer Reyes and several grandchildren.
