David Richard Singleton

On a sunny winter day, a beautiful brown eyed baby boy was born that would rock this world.
He took great pride in coaching his boys and others in basketball and soccer, loved NASCAR, golf, ping pong, bowling, tennis and channel surfing. After a life long rivalry between David’s beloved Clemson Tigers and his brother Mikes beloved SC Gamecocks, we are sure that David was quick to inform Mike of the Tigers championship.

David took great pride in each of his children and his grandson. His father handed down a musical legacy to him that he has in turn passed on to his children. David loved nothing more than to worship his God on stage surrounded by his kids.
-
David loved being a plumber. He followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.
David was an amazing woodworker, he always said , “if Lisa can draw it I can build it.”
-
At 3:50 p.m. on Friday August 3rd, David took the heavenly monorail and stepped off into the arms of his dad John Singleton, brother Mike Singleton, Pappy and Mammy Singleton, Grandmom and Granddaddy Stalvey, his father in love James Shamblin, and grandma in love Hettie Anderson, and countless others his life has touched.
-
On this side of heaven David left those who loved him dearly. His beloved wife Lisa, a daughter Brandy Singleton, son Alexander Singleton and his wife Chelsey, son Nicholas Singleton and wife Kaitlin, a son Ian, a daughter Olivia, a daughter Isabella, and a grandson Ashton Murray. His loving mother Rose Nell Singleton, sister Martha Howell and husband Jerry, brother John Singleton and wife Tammy, his brother Steve Singleton and wife Kristen, a brother Tim Singleton, nieces and nephews, his mom in love Goldie Shamblin and brother in love Brian Shamblin, friend/sister Melinda Perry and husband David, friend/brother Weber Player and wife Molly, and much loved family dogs Foofoo and Willow, and countless other family and friends.
