The Funeral Services for Mrs. Donna L. Bell, 72, of Enid, will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday June 18, 2018 in the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Gary Miller officiating, burial will follow in the Highland Cemetery in Pawnee with Dr. Harry Millard officiating. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

She was born on September 7, 1946 in Oklahoma City, OK. to Carl Houston Morgan and Myrtle Gertrude Mackey Morgan and passed from this life on June 9, 2018 in Enid, OK.

For several years she was a resident of the Enid State School. When she became an adult, she moved into a Half-way house. It was there that she met Phillip Bell and they later married. They had a happy marriage for twenty-five years living in a rented home at 1311 West Maple in Enid.

Donna was a member of the Enid Lions Club where she enjoyed their semi-monthly meeting and their many services projects (helping to collect used eye glasses, helping little children with the merry-go-round in the Enid park, and helping to park cars for functions in the park),

She was a very active member of several churches in Enid, where she was always present for Sunday School, worship and many activities. She loved the fellowship (as well as the food) at many church dinners. If there was food and fellowship, Donna was always eager to go.

She is survived by her brother-in-law, Dr. Harry L. Millard of Pauls Valley, OK., niece, Dr. Gayle Millard, and husband Robert Lord of San Antonio, TX., nephew, Duane C. Millard and wife Mandy of Pauls Valley, OK., and special friends Marilyn and Harold Cooper of Enid, OK.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Bell, her parents and her sister, Rita Carrol Morgan Millard.
