A Celebration of Life service for Dorothy Jenkins age 82 of Enid will be 12 noon Friday, February 9, 2018 at Garriott Road Church of Christ with Ray Rose officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Dorothy was born October 27, 1935 in Rhode Island to Arthur and Anna Hartman Davis and passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 in St. Mary’s Hospital. She grew up in Rhode Island where she graduated from high school. She attended the School for the Deaf in Rochester, NY. Dorothy lived in California and later moved to Enid in 1996. She was a member of Garriott Road Church of Christ. She was very active in the Deaf Community.

Dorothy is survived by daughter; Sally Eveland of Enid, son Kenneth Jenkins of Forney, TX, 11 grandchildren; Desiree Jenkins, Misty Gray, Troy Gray, Deric Turner, Brandon Turner, Trisha Lewis, Kenneth Jenkins, Shannon Jenkins, Sean Jenkins, Ashley Altan, and Alexis Jenkins, 10 great grandchildren, a sister Shirley Reener and numerous other family members.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Alice Gray and Brother Chuck Davis.
