ENID, OK - Many people love to decorate for the holidays. Some even go as far as to decorate multiple Christmas trees in one home. Enid resident, Sue Gungoll, loves decorating for the holidays so much that she setup and uniquely decorated 30 Christmas trees!

Gungoll has been collecting trees and decorations for decades and routinely would put up more than one Christmas tree each year. Last year she had decorated over a dozen but this year took Christmas to a new level.

Decorating 30 Christmas trees takes a solid commitment and lots of time. Gungoll had to start her tree project in August just to have everything completed by December. She did have a couple of helpers that sped things up a bit but many hours are spent on each tree.

Gungoll does not repeat the same tree designs every year. She is known to change light colors, decorations and tree toppers. Each Christmas tree has it's own theme and is covered from top to bottom with related bulbs, lights, tree skirts, tree toppers and more.

Themes include an orange OSU tree, rodeo, elves, Mardi Gras, hunting or many more. Tree colors range from black and white to blue and yellow. Ornaments have been picked up from places all over the country and Gungoll seems to remember where each one was purchased.

It will take almost as much time to take the trees down as it did to put them up. Each tree and ornament is returned to it's special box and then they are neatly packed back into storage. Gungoll believes it will take a few months to get everything packed up.
