A Celebration of Life Service for Leonard Ray Luginbill age 89 of Enid will be 10 am Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the Christ United Methodist Church with Rev. Susan Southall officiating. Burial will follow in the Karoma Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Leonard was born Nov. 22, 1927, to Fred and Estella Luginbill on the farm near Goltry, Ok. He attended school in Jet, Ok. Leonard served in the Navy during WWII and the Army during the Korean War with the 140th Tank Battalion. On Jan 1st 1960 he married his best friend Helen Neitz. He retired from a local trucking company after 25 years. He enjoyed camping, boating, fishing, and time spent on the Gulf during the winter months with his wife Helen. Leonard was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church and life time member of VFW. He was preceded in death by his wife Helen, father Fred, mother Estella, and brother Lennis.

He is survived by his brother Bill Luginbill, of Enid, niece, Julie Darras and family of Ada, OK, nephew Melvin Luginbill and family of Antlers, OK, nephew Phillip Luginbill and family of Fairmont, OK, extended family of Deana and Bruce Wilson of Enid, OK.
