The Daniel Holtzclaw case brings Malkin to Enid. Holtzclaw is an Enid native that was an Oklahoma City police officer who was sentenced to life in prison — 263 years — for 18 counts of sexual assault (he was charged with 36 counts).

After an in depth investigation, involving trial transcripts, photographs and video of the crime scenes, discovery documents and personal interviews with OKC detectives and community members, Malkin says she’s concluded that there is a very real possibility that Holtzclaw could be entirely innocent of the charges.
