Linda Rae Sybrandt, 72, Enid resident, will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Stittsworth Memory Chapel. Services are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors.
Linda was born on March 10, 1944 in Enid, the daughter of Ray and Naida Chappell Benson, and passed away peacefully on December 3, 2016 in Wichita. She was raised in Marysville, California, and moved back to Enid in 1962. In 1987, Linda moved to Wichita. On May 12, 1988, Linda married Theodore Roosevelt “Ted” Sybrandt, Jr. They moved to Enid in 2005. Linda was a cashier for the Tia Juana Restaurant in Enid until closing.
Survivors include, son, Wayne and wife Angie Telford of Wichita, Kansas; grandchildren, Melissa and Christopher Telford of Wichita, Kansas; sister, Diana Baker of Enid. Linda was preceded in passing by her parents and husband Ted. Memorial contribution checks may be made payable to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Cancer Division.
