The funeral service celebrating the life of Bessie Lou Pack, 85, Enid, will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday November 29, 2016 in the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Kevin Strope officiating. Grave side services will follow in the Enid Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Brown-Cummings Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 P.M Monday November 28, 2016.
She was born in Allen, Oklahoma to James and Gertrude “Staggs” Sanders where she was raised. At the age of nine her family moved to Kremlin where she has been ever since. On June 30, 1947 she married William Rogers Pack. He preceded her in death in 1990.
She was an active member in the community and donated to multiple charities in her area. She worked at Greenbrier where she helped as a foster care mother.
She is survived by her Sons James Roger Pack of Enid, Robbie Ray Pack and wife Sharon of Enid, and Trudy Wainman of Enid. There are eight grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by both her parents, husband, four brothers and her sister.
Memorial contributions may be made the Hospice Circle of Love, with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
