Those who are “massage regulars” enjoy the different benefits Thai massage offers, including deep stretching and the increased range of motion that can be experienced, even after just one session.

Massage is an incredibly nurturing act that is relaxing and detoxifying, meditative and cathartic for your body. Compression brings oxygen and blood flow to muscles, and it can increase movement around stiff joints. Fortunately for Enid, one talented business owner is now offering local clients Thai Yoga Massage.

WHAT IS THAI YOGA MASSAGE?

-
Thai Yoga Massage (sometimes called Thai Massage or Thai Therapy) is a full body massage that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, and balances the body energetically. Thai massage enhances strength and flexibility, relaxes sore muscles, and can help recapture lost range of motion. By encouraging lymphatic function, this traditional massage can also detoxify the body, heighten the immune system, and prevent injury by promoting flexibility.
