A private family Grave service honoring the life of C. Diane “Smith” Day will be held Wednesday December 23, 2015 with Chaplain Tal Titsworth officiating in the Resurrection Cemetery. Complete cremation care was entrusted to Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
She was born on July 28, 1943 to Con Jr. and Marjorie Marie "Page" Smith in Wichita, KS. And passed from this life December 15, 2015 in Wichita. She grew up in Wichita, KS where she attended North High School and graduated in 1961. She married Paul Day in Wichita in 1969. They moved to Albuquerque, NM and then to Montgomery, TX where they made their home for ten years. Paul passed away in 2012. She then returned to Wichita to be with her family.
She is survived by two sisters Nancy Addis and husband Dave, Kathy Henry and husband Mark, one brother, Con Smith III, all of Wichita and 5 Nieces and numerous Great Nieces and nephews.Condolences may be made to the family on line at WWW.Brown-Cummings.com.
