The Enid Event Center and Convention Hall Golden Ticket Winner is... Alicia Noonan! She will be attending every event in 2016! Presenting her ticket is EECCH Marketing Coordinator Bill O'Malley.

Spectra, operators of the Enid Event Center and Convention Hall, launched the first ever Golden Ticket contest which will granted one lucky fan a pair (2) of tickets to every public ticketed event in 2016 at Enid Event Center. Spectra and 103.1 KOFM partnered together to give fans this great opportunity. The drawing was held on Monday, December 21 on KGWA/KOFM.
