Potholes, potholes, potholes! It's one of those complaints we hear every year and something everyone wants fixed at any cost. Residents complain about "new this" and "new that" while our roads fall apart and are overrun with potholes.
-
The simple solution is to spend unlimited amounts of money on roads. The reality is that most cities, including Enid, have limited funds to spend on roads. Until a solution is found, we'll all have to deal with dodging the potholes and with this weather there are plenty to dodge!
-
Enid has a pothole request form found here. And a request form found here. If you want the city to know there is a pothole problem, report them, all of them! Last year the city claimed that they received fewer than 10 notices a week. You can also call the Street Department at 580-234-0400.
