Whether you are new to gardening or an “old hand”, you are sure to find this one-day workshop, brought to you by the Garfield County Master Gardeners, helpful and inspirational.
Six sessions –
· Plant Selection – Where, When and How
· Proper Fertilization of Soil
· Dealing with Garden Pests
· Vegetable Gardens
· Appropriate Water Usage in Gardening
· Salad-in-a-Jar Demonstration
You will receive a packet containing a soil sample bag and seed packets along with many informative handouts and OSU Extension Fact Sheets.
Door prizes will be given out throughout the day.
$35 Registration Fee – Includes packet, lunch & chances to win numerous door prizes.
