ENID, OK - Loaves & Fishes is in need of volunteers to help clients do their shopping. Their mission is to fight hunger and feed hope through healthy food choices.

Loaves & Fishes serves an average of 50 families in 3 hours, every Monday through Thursday. In the summer months their average increases to 65 families. In 2016 they served 2,448 households resulting in 6,515 people receiving nutritious food.

They are a 501c3 and operate on a shoestring budget. They have 3 full-time and 2 part-time employees. The rest of the work is done by volunteers. Volunteers do a multitude of jobs: picking up donations, sorting inventory, stocking shelves, cleaning, writing thank you notes, and of course serving clients.
