Celebration of Life Service for Joe Jokerst will be Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 11:00 am in Central Assembly of God Church with Pastor Josh Cosby officiating. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.
Joe was born on October 18, 1955 in Perryville, Missouri to Leroy and Carol (DeRousse) Jokerst and passed away on March 14, 2024 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He grew up in Perryville and graduated from Herculaneum High School. Joe moved to Enid in 1983 and on April 26, 1986, he married Pearl Paiboon. Joe worked at Vance Air Force Base in civil service as a plumber, recently celebrating 30 years. He was a member of Central Assembly of God Church. He enjoyed, cooking, listening to music and watching movies.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Joe is survived by his wife, Pearl; daughters, Autumn (Jeremy) Ackerman, Chelsea Parks and Taylor (Josh) Olson; four grandchildren, Ava Jokerst, Ethan and Hudson Ackerman and Rhett Parks; two brothers, Rick and Jim Jokerst; five sisters, Bonnie Koetting, Mary Day, Becky Stump, Nancy Raburn, Jackie Bailey; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
