The services celebrating and honoring the life of Mary Anna Hettich, 62, of Enid, are pending under the direction of Brown-Cummings, A life celebration home.
Mary was born July 11, 1961, to Albion Milton (Bud) and Anna Marie Hettich in Anaconda, Montana and passed from this life February 5, 2024 in Enid, Oklahoma.
She was raised and educated in Anaconda and Circle, Montana and moved to Oklahoma in 1979. She graduated from beauty school and was a practicing beautician for many years. She then worked at the Maxwell Pancake House for numerous years and then began her career taking care of individuals with special needs services for the next several years. She worked as a cook at Palace Bingo until she became medically unable. She enjoyed playing bingo and absolutely loved spending time with her daughter, son and grandchildren. Mary lived life to the fullest and loved everyone in her life.
She is survived by her daughter Anna Marie Vaverka and her husband Joe, of Enid: one son Jeffrey Ryan Hill, of Missoula; one step son Jeremiah Kalb, of Idaho; her grandchildren, Jacob Riley, Jason Alexander, Jenna Ryan, Jared Andrew, Riley Joe, Lilee Anne, Journi Ladene, Jaspyn Ryanna, Sidney, and Elijah; sister Vicki Baker; brother Joe Hettich; her soul sister, Teresa Redfearn, her lifelong friend and companion, Steve Myers; and her second family: Alicia Busso (Myers), Shawn Myers, and Lillian Walker.
She was preceded in death by her parents Albion and Anna Marie, one sister Cheryl Porter; and brother Albion (Buddy) Hettich.
Memorials may be made in her honor to the Enid SPCA or Furever Friends with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
