ENID, OK — Park Avenue Thrift’s 17th Celebration in-store event is Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
In celebration of Park Avenue’s 17th anniversary, the thrift store will offer a variety of specials for customers, along with the opportunity to vote for a nonprofit organization in Enid where that nonprofit could potentially receive $1,700. This year, Park Avenue hit a milestone of $4.5 million given back to the Enid community since 2007.
“Park Avenue Thrift is celebrating 17 years in service and this is one of my favorite celebrations,” says Executive Director Stela Jantzen, who has been with Park Avenue Thrift for five years. “I love this event because it’s the special event where our shoppers and donors vote for their favorite nonprofits. This year, our board of directors voted to give $1,700 to the top five voted nonprofits. We could not do what we do without the help from our donors, shoppers, employees, board members, and community partners. We all work together for Enid’s quality-of-life. We cannot thank our community enough for the support over these past 17 years.”
Celebratory customer perks include double rewards points, green and orange tags will be 90% off, blue tags will be 50% off, and 17 $17 Park Avenue Thrift gift cards will be hidden throughout the store.
