Eileen was born January 3, 1945 in Bronx, New York to Walter and Eleanor (Buckley) Kissell and died on August 12, 2023 in Enid.
She grew up in New York and after her high school graduation, moved to Enid. Eileen served in the U.S. Air Force. She later worked at Advance Foods in the kitchen. After her retirement from Advance Foods, Eileen became a Foster Grandma at Kremlin Schools. Granny enjoyed working as a Foster Grandma, until her health prevented her doing so.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Granny is survived by her children and their spouses, Deborah and Timothy Creel, Keith and Katrina Arsenault; five grandchildren, Ciarra, Austyn, Amber, Michaeel and Natalea; fourteen great grandchildren, Ethan, Dalton, Gunnar, Saige, Jackson, Maddison, Taytum, Lexi, Leah, Sadie, Emma, Noa, Harper, Jonan; bonus family, Angela and Wendall Presley and Mike Salisbury; other relatives and many friends.
