Jill Anne Hake, 67, of Mannford, OK, peacefully passed away on March 25th, 2023 surrounded by loved ones, after a difficult battle with liver disease.
Jill was born on February 18, 1956 to Donald Louis Crank and Virginia June Livergood Crank in Ponca City, OK. After Jill graduated from Newkirk High School in 1974, she pursued her vet tech certification at the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in Denver, Colorado. She later completed her Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Phillips University in Enid, OK.
After graduation, Jill worked as a vet tech at Olson Animal Hospital in Enid, OK for over 20 years. She later pursued a career as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and worked for several nursing facilities around the Enid, OK area for 17 years. Jill was passionate about elder care and loved what she did for a living.
In 1983, Jill met the love of her life, Peter Michael Hake in Enid, OK. They married on November 17, 1984 at Grace Chapel in Enid, OK. They had five children, three of which were from Pete’s previous marriage (Shannon, Keri, and Chris) and two of their own (Zac and Skylar).
Jill was preceded in death by her parents Donald Louis Crank and Virginia June Livergood Crank, her son Christopher Hake, and her grandparents Bessie Livergood, F.A. and Opal Crank.
Jill is survived by her husband Peter Hake, her children, Shannon Hake, Keri (Chris) Love, Zac (Carley) Hake, Skylar (Whitney) Hake, Kelli Hake and her fiancé Jeff Walker. Her grandchildren Anna Love, Gage Hake, Ciara Cotton, Aubrey Cotton, Caroline Love, Gracie Walker, Aliyah Cotton, Christopher Hake, Cruz Hake, and Britton Hake. Her siblings Donna Wirt and Ron (Roline) Crank. Along with numerous aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service for Jill will be 10:00 am Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Ladusau-Evans Chapel. Burial will be later in Resurrection Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, March 31st from 6:00pm-7:00pm at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.
