Postpartum Support Group

Coping with the mental health challenges during pregnancy and after the birth of your child can feel isolating. There are local classes filled with women that have walked in your shoes. You don’t have to do this alone.
Women interested in getting help or learning more are currently meeting from 9am to 10am on Wednesdays at CDSA, 114 S. Independence. Limited childcare is available during this time. Babes in arms are welcome. If you need more information you can call 580-242-6131 or email moms@cdsaok.org.
