Graveside services for Elmer Melvin Reimer, Sr., 89, Enid resident, will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 in the Garden Chapel at Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Gary Miller officiating. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the United States Army. Services are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors.
Elmer was born on November 15, 1933 in Medford, Oklahoma, the son of Peter Reimer and Susie Janzen Reimer, and passed away on December 27, 2022 in Enid. He was raised and educated in Medford. Elmer worked on a Seismographic Crew five years. He then helped his father on the farm, later working as a carpenter. Elmer Married Margaret Crain. She preceded him in passing.
Survivors include three sons, Danny Reimer of North Enid, junior Reimer of Blackwell, and Bill of Enid; daughter, Debbie Bryant of Blackwell; numerous grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Elmer was preceded in passing by his parents, four sisters and two brother.
