All beef at 580BEEF is certified natural, age and source verified by an independent, third-party verification company. The beef is free of antibiotics and hormones, and the cattle are never fed any animal by-products. Age and source verification ensures cattle are harvested at the appropriate age and born and raised right here in Northwest Oklahoma. The beef is dry-aged 14-21 days to increase flavor and tenderness, and then it is loaded onto a Jumbo Foods truck and delivered direct to the supermarket for a fresh, flavorful product (NEVER FROZEN).
