ENID, OK - November 28, 2015 - Early Saturday morning trees, buildings and elevated surfaces were coated with ice and caused power lines to break across much of the central and western parts of the state. Enid residents woke up to breaking tree branches crashing in yards, on top of cars and in the middle of streets. Enid also experienced many downed power lines.
