Cookies and Canvases

401 N. Oakwood - Activity Center
Event takes place from 2pm-4pm. Hosted by Teen's Give Back Council, which is a non-profit teen council with HOPEnid Inc. They are homeschooled students, which are putting on the fundraiser. All proceeds go to their upcoming service projects. $15 ticket includes: 8 x 10 canvas, painting supplies and 2 cookies. Additional canvases and cookies available for purchase.

Shoes 4 Kids Benefit Dinner

Saturday, November 18

Enid Oddfellows Lodge, 2920 E Cypress
You are invited to a holiday benefit dinner on November 18th from 4-7pm. Proceeds help fund the Shoes 4 Kids project that they host in December where they give out anywhere from 300-600 pair of new shoes and socks to local children. Traditional holiday dinner of turkey, ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, corn, dinner rolls, and multiple desserts. Cost is 13 & up $10; 4-12 $5; 3 & under Free. There will be a bake sale that day as well. Items for sale are cookies, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls and pies.

Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. See vendors for fixing up your home for the holidays or buy gifts for the entire family. Take the Kids and your camera for pictures with Santa and the Grinch! Also visit the A2Z Petting Zoo and Hooves N’ Harmony Pony Rides. Admission: $5 and 12 & Under are FREE.

From 8am-7pm. Evans is putting together Swag Bags for shoppers who spend at least $20 on Black Friday with them! (while supplies last) Swag bags include treats not only from Evans but also from other local establishments! They will have 20% off of items in the outdoors department.

Enid Lights Up The Plains

Starts at 4:30pm. For the last 29 years, Enid Lights Up The Plains has happened on the Friday after Thanksgiving. This will be the 30th year of Enid Lights Up The Plains, the longest-running holiday kick-off event in Enid. Enjoy Santa, Christmas Lights Parade, Ice Skating, Fireworks and More!

The One: Bright Lights

Sunday, December 3

150 W. Park
The opening ceremonies and tree lighting will take place at 5:30pm. Viewers will experience a 35,000 RBG light spectacular. These lights are musically choreographed and coordinated to perform at the top of every hour from 6:00pm to midnight daily with a weekly rotation of songs and light shows. The One will partner with Forgotten Ministries for “Feeding the 5,000,” at 4:00pm that day. This is a FREE burger extravaganza that's all about spreading joy to kick off the Christmas season.

Hospice Circle of Love Tree of Life

Sunday, December 10

NOC Enid, Gantz Center
Begins at 3pm. Memorial ornaments will be displayed on a trio of Christmas trees at the event, which also includes a brief spiritual message, Christmas music and a cookie reception. Ceramic angel ornaments tagged with your loved ones name(s) are available for a $25.00 tax deductible donation at 314 S. 3rd or call 580-234-2273 to have an order form sent to you.
